Entry Fee:

  • €30 tournament fee

  • €40 per player per event

  • 20% discount for the second event

  • 30% discount for the third event

General Regulations:

  1. The tournament will be played in accordance with the PFA Competition Regulations.
  2. Players of all nationalities are eligible to participate.
  3. All events are intended to be played in a group stage followed by a knockout stage.
  4. If fewer than 6 entries are received in an event, the top two players/teams will play the final, while the third- and fourth-placed players/teams will play for third place.
  5. Matches may be scheduled as best-of-1 or best-of-3 sets.
  6. Change of ends after each set in matches played over more than 1 set. In the final set, or in matches played as 1 set, players change ends once one team reaches 6 or 8 points respectively (set to 11 or 15 points).
  7. 1 timeout per team per set.
  8. Yellow clothing is prohibited due to the color of the ball.
  9. If registering without a doubles partner, participation cannot be guaranteed.
  10. Players must check in with the tournament desk on the day of the tournament.
  11. Players who are not ready to play 10 minutes after the scheduled match start will be marked as w.o. for that round, but may compete in the next round (if one is scheduled).
  12. The organizer, the PFA, as well as the hosting club, sports facility or event organizer accept no liability of any kind.
  13. The organizer (PFA) may amend this official announcement if special circumstances arise that affect the smooth running of the tournament.
  14. By registering for the event, I consent to the production and further use of any media created of me during the event (image, video, audio, etc.) by the organizers and/or their appointed representatives.
  15. Should individual provisions be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid or unenforceable provision, such valid and enforceable provision shall be deemed agreed as comes closest to the purpose of the invalid or unenforceable provision.
